Q: Who can order from POPbuddies Wholesale?
A: POPbuddies Wholesale is available to registered retailers and distributors only. A valid business license or VAT ID is required for approval.
Q: Do I need an account to see prices?
A: Yes. Wholesale prices, MOQs, and pre-orders are visible only after logging in with an approved retailer account.
Q: Can I place an order without paying immediately?
A: Yes. Orders are placed first, and payment is requested via an invoice sent by our team. There are no automatic payments at checkout.
Pricing & MOQs
Q: Do you offer quantity or volume discounts?
A: No. Our products are already priced at very competitive wholesale rates, giving strong margins without the need for additional quantity discounts.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Most products start at 1 unit per SKU. Some smaller, special or limited items may have higher MOQs, which are clearly shown on the product page.
Q: Are prices shown excluding VAT?
A: Yes. All wholesale prices are shown excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Pre-Orders
Q: How do pre-orders work?
A: Pre-orders allow you to secure upcoming products before they arrive. You place your order, and we issue an invoice when the products are available.
Q: Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
A: No. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. This ensures accurate production and allocation.
Q: When will pre-orders be shipped?
A: Pre-orders ship on the release date or as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. Estimated dates are shown on each product page.
Q: Can pre-orders be combined with regular stock?
A: Yes. Where possible, pre-orders can be shipped together with in-stock items to reduce shipping costs.
Payment & Invoicing
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: After placing an order, we send you an invoice with payment instructions. Payment terms are listed on the invoice.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Orders are processed once payment is received.
Q: What happens if payment is delayed?
A: Delayed payment may result in order delays or release of reserved stock, especially for pre-orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to European wholesale customers, and some products have Worldwide distribution.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: In-stock items usually arrive within 3–14 business days, depending on your location. Pre-orders ship once released.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. All shipments include tracking details, sent to your registered email address.
Products & Stock
Q: Are all products officially licensed?
A: All POPbuddies products are officially licensed and fully authentic. We collaborate with leading licensors and publishers such as Crunchyroll, SEGA, Atlus, Aniplex, Kodansha, Kadokawa, and Crypton.
Q: What happens if an item sells out?
A: Once stock is sold out, the product may not be restocked unless listed again as a pre-order.
Q: Can I request a product or licence?
A: Absolutely. Retailer feedback is welcome. Contact our sales team with your requests.
Returns & Issues
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or faulty items, reported within the stated timeframe.
Q: What if my shipment arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
