Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on wholesale orders that meet or exceed our minimum invoice requirement.
Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase amount will be charged our new standard shipping rates

Eligibility for free shipping is based on meeting the minimum invoice requirement and applies only to standard shipping methods. This promotion cannot be combined with other shipping offers unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any applicable customs fees is required to release your order from customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Processing Time
Wholesale orders are typically processed within 3 - 14 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. Processing times may also take longer for Mug orders. We will do our best to ship within 14 days.
